To receive a reward, you must present your registered Starbucks Barista Card at a participating Company's coffee shop. The award expires thirty (30) days after the award is issued.

The Company has the right to change the Minimum Cash Limit of the Starbucks Card at any time by notifying you at points of sale or on the official website of the Company http://www.starbucks.ru/, and such a change will not constitute a change to this Public Offer. Receiving Stars within the Program

The benefits of participating in the Program are determined by the number of Stars you earn. You can earn Stars by making purchases using registered Starbucks Cards at the Company's coffee shops. You will receive one Star for each purchase made at the Company’s coffee shops. There may also be other promotions where the Company offers Bonus Stars for the purchase of products and/or services participating in the Program. You can use any registered Starbucks Card to earn Stars.

There are two levels, which are determined by the number of Stars you have accumulated:

When you create an account and register a Starbucks Card, you become a participant in the Program for Green Level (Green Level);

Upon receipt of 30 (thirty) or more Stars within 12 (twelve) consecutive months from the date of participation in the Program, you will achieve Gold level(Gold Level).

As soon as you reach any of the levels within the Program, you will receive bonuses available at the corresponding level at that time. In order to remain at the achieved level, you need to continue earning Stars in the following order:

To stay on Green level You must earn at least one Star within twelve (12) consecutive months following the date of registration. If you do not receive any Stars, you lose Green Level Program stars;

This bonus expires thirty (30) days after the bonus was assigned. Star counters

By making purchases, Program participants accumulate stars. Stars are awarded simultaneously to two counters: the Reward counter and the Level counter.

The Reward counter is the number of stars accumulated to receive a Reward. After accumulating 12 stars, a reward is released, the Reward Counter is reset, and with the next purchase, the Counter will have 1 star.

The Level Counter is the number of stars accumulated to advance to the Gold level (in case the participant is at the Green level) or to confirm the Gold level (in case the participant is at the Gold level). The maximum number of stars that can be accumulated on the Level Counter is 30. The Level Counter is reset in the following cases:

  • If within 12 months after the start of participation in the Program (and every subsequent 12 months) the Green level participant has not transferred to the Gold level, or
  • If, within 12 months after the start of participation in the Program (and every subsequent 12 months), a Green level participant has accumulated 30 stars and moved to the Gold level (with the next purchase after resetting, the Counter will have 1 star), or
  • If within 12 months after confirmation of the Gold level 30 stars have not been accumulated (the counter is reset to zero and a simultaneous transition to the Green level occurs), or
  • If within 12 months after confirmation of the Gold level, 30 stars have been accumulated (the Gold level is confirmed, and with the next purchase after resetting, the Counter will have 1 star).

Stars are credited to both counters simultaneously, unless otherwise provided by the terms of special offers. The number of stars on two counters may differ at one point in time. The Participant can check the date of level recalculation at the cash register in the coffee shop.

Additional terms and conditions of the Program

Rewards can only be received at the Company's coffee shops participating in the Program.

Your Stars, rewards, registered Starbucks Cards and account are associated with you personally and cannot be sold, transferred or entrusted to family, friends or others. You may only have one account under the Program.

The Company has the right to unilaterally close your account and/or refuse you to participate in the Program if it turns out that you have violated these terms of agreement, and/or have more than one account, and/or use your account improperly for the purpose of deception, misleading misleading or in any other illegal way.

By accepting the terms of this Public Offer, you agree that the cost of your purchase within the Program already includes the cost of the transferred awards (bonus goods) specified in this Public Offer, that is, the tax calculated on the main purchase already covers the transfer of awards within this Public Offer Offers, accordingly, such transfer is not free of charge.

Changes to the Public Offer

Termination of this Public Offer

We may suspend or terminate this Public Offer at any time by notifying you within a reasonable period of time. However, we will not notify you if we have reasonable grounds to believe that immediate termination is required.

Applicable right

This Public Offer is subject to the law of the Russian Federation.

Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the terms of the Program will always be in effect at participating Starbucks locations.

Starbucks is not responsible to you for:

  • any loss of income, damage to business, reputation or profit caused by this Public Offer; or
  • any unauthorized access, tampering, theft or destruction of your Starbucks Card; or
  • the consequences of any delay or error in the use of your Starbucks Card caused by circumstances beyond our control; or
  • any loss or damage that was not caused by our breach of this Public Offer or our statutory duties; or
  • any loss or damage that was not a foreseeable result of our breach of this Public Offer or our statutory duties. Loss or damage is “foreseeable” if at the time of acceptance of this Public Offer such loss was expected by you and us; or
  • any loss or damage to your Starbucks Card resulting from your failure to take reasonable steps to prevent such loss or damage.

Assignment of Rights

We have the right to transfer all or part of the rights and/or obligations under this Public Offer by notifying you. Such transfer of rights will not entail changes to this Public Offer. The company or other organization to which the rights and/or obligations under this Public Offer are transferred will have the same rights and obligations as we had before the transfer of rights under this Public Offer. We can guarantee that such a company has agreed in writing to bear the rights and obligations under this Public Offer, so that your rights under this Public Offer will not be infringed.

Structure of the Public Offer

This Public Offer is a complete and exclusive agreement between you and the Company. If any provisions of this Public Offer are illegal or unenforceable, such provisions will be removed from the Public Offer and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. How to join the program and get a card?

Starbucks cards can be of the following types: physical Starbucks Cards, digital analogues of physical cards, which can be accessed using mobile applications, and Starbucks eGifts cards, which can be purchased at http://starbuckscoffee.ru/ru/.

There are two ways to join the Program:

  1. If you have a Starbucks Card or a Starbucks eGift Card, go to the website http://starbuckscoffee.ru/ru/. Follow the instructions to create an account and register for at least one Starbucks Card or Starbucks eGift Card.
  2. Download the Starbucks mobile app onto your mobile device (smartphone, mobile phone, etc.), follow the instructions, create an account and register a Starbucks Card online.

How to accumulate stars?

You can earn Stars by making purchases using registered Starbucks Cards at the Company's coffee shops. You will receive one Star for each purchase made at the Company’s coffee shops. There may also be other promotions where the Company offers Bonus Stars for the purchase of products and/or services participating in the Program. You can use any registered Starbucks Card to earn Stars.

There are two levels, which are determined by the number of Stars you have accumulated:

  1. When you create an account and register a Starbucks Card, you become a participant in the Program at the Green Level;
  2. Upon receipt 30 or more Stars within 12 months from the moment you begin participating in the Program, you will reach the Gold Level.

As soon as you reach any of the levels within the Program, you will receive bonuses available at the corresponding level at that time. In order to remain at the achieved level, you need to continue earning Stars in the following order:

To remain at the Green level, you need to earn at least one Star for 12 months following the moment of registration. If you do not receive any Stars, you lose Green Level Program privileges;

To remain at the Gold level, you need to earn at least 30 Stars within 12 months, following the moment of reaching the Gold level. If within 12 months you do not receive 30 new Stars, you enter/return to the Green level of the Program. and your Star counter is automatically reset to zero.

What rewards can you get by participating in the program?

Green Level
When you reach the Green level, you can receive the following rewards:

  1. A specially prepared drink from the assortment of the Company's coffee shop of any size, with any additives, with any milk, or one dish from the assortment of food products, with the exception of whole cakes, for every 12 new Stars. This will be reflected in your account and you will be able to use your selection at any participating coffee shop within 30 days of the bonus being awarded.   2. Special Offers: Special offers are distributed via email, SMS or mobile app. To receive special offers, you must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number. Special offers are part of a personalized marketing bonus program and can be tailored to your personal preferences when choosing products and how to purchase them. Special offers may include discounts on food, drinks and related items. Special offers may be limited by their validity period and the time frame for receiving bonuses. Special offers are compiled individually for you and cannot in any way be transferred to other persons. Gold Level
After receiving 30 Stars within 12 months, you reach the Gold Level. At the Gold level you can receive the following rewards:

  1. A specially prepared drink from the assortment of the Company's coffee shop of any size, with any additives, with any milk, or one dish from the assortment of food products, with the exception of whole cakes, for every 12 new Stars. This will be reflected in your account and you will be able to use your selection at any participating coffee shop within 30 days of the bonus being awarded. This bonus expires 30 days after the bonus is assigned. To receive the bonus, you must present your registered Starbucks Card to the barista of the coffee shop of the Company participating in the Program.
  2. One specially prepared drink from the assortment of the Company's coffee shop of any size, with any additives, with any milk, or one dish from the assortment of food products, with the exception of whole cakes, on your birthday. The account must be created at least 7 calendar days before the birthday date. Your birthday reward will be available to you in your account for 30 days. This bonus drink or food offer expires in 30 days. To receive your reward, you must present your registered Starbucks Barista Card at a participating coffee shop. If your email address during registration is correct, on your birthday (the date you indicated during the registration process) the Company will send you a letter reminding you that you have been awarded a reward. You are only eligible for one birthday reward, even if you have more than one Starbucks Card registered;
  3. Starbucks card in gold design. To receive a card, you need to contact any coffee shop participating in the program to issue it. Gold level rewards can be used with any card registered in your account;

Starbucks Virtual Card

The Starbucks Virtual Card program allows you to purchase a virtual card and send it by email.
