Of course, there is no single “panacea” here, since everything depends on your mobile operator, which actually provides you with the Internet access service and its access point must be registered.
As a rule, immediately when you turn on your smartphone for the first time, automatic settings should be sent to your number, after which access to the Internet service will be active. If this does not happen, then you can go to “Settings - More... - Internet options” and select your operator in the window.

When creating an Internet access point, you must give it a name, otherwise all other entered data will not be saved! The name of the APN access point should be specified in the field "Profile name".
