History of team creation The team was founded in December 2009. After the collapse of the Ukrainian project KerchNET, the famous philanthropist and organizer of e-sports tournaments Murat Zhumashevich (Crossbow) provided support to the former team players. The new team was named “Arbalet.UA”. On March 6, 2010, Natus Vincere becomes the world champion and earns $50,000 by defeating the Swedish team Fnatic in the grand final of the fourth season of Intel Extreme Masters: 16:13 (train), 16:14 (inferno). Interestingly, the first qualifying matches began back in September 2009, and the team played under a different name (KerchNET) and with other players, of which only starix was among the world champions. However, in mid-May 2010, Na`Vi managed to take second place in the prestigious Arbalet Cup Europe 2010 tournament (Stockholm), losing in the final to Fnatic and earning $10,000 in prize money. In the final part of ESWC, the team was in the highest seed along with SK Gaming, Fnatic and mTw.dk. On July 4, 2010, Natus Vincere achieved the best achievement in the history of Ukrainian eSports, becoming the winner of the ESWC World Championship (which no CIS team had previously achieved), defeating Schroet Kommando in the final: 16:5 (train) and 16:4 (inferno ). During the tournament, the team only got out of the group due to luck, but managed to beat Fnatic and mTw.dk in the playoffs.
After winning the World Championship, Natus Vincere announced participation in two tournaments: Arbalet Cup Dallas (Dallas) and GameGune 2010 (Bilbao). On July 18, 2010, Na`Vi won the Arbalet Cup Dallas tournament, beating Mousesports in the final match: 19:15 (dust2), 16:12 (inferno).
