Payment for the order must be made within 20 days. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
Regardless of the payment method, all payments are verified by Aliexpress. Payment verification may take up to 24 hours. And, despite the fact that the money has already been debited from your account, the order will still be considered unpaid. Currency conversion when working with Aliexpress
At any time, you can change the currency in which product prices will be displayed. The change form is at the very top and you can find it on any of the Aliexpress pages.

Just in case, it is worth recalling the potential danger of double conversion, which, of course, should be avoided. For example, if you have a payment card from a Russian bank in the euro currency, you set the price display currency for Aliexpress to the US dollar and pay the bill. In this case, your bank, upon conversion, will buy euros from you for rubles, at the purchase rate, and will immediately sell you dollars, but at the sale rate. Calculate for yourself how much you will lose on this operation. Wouldn’t it be easier to immediately set the currency of your card as the price display currency, i.e. Euro?

There are quite a lot of payment methods available for your convenience; choose any that suits you. But do not forget that many of them charge commissions that you will have to pay, so what is more important: convenience or additional costs is up to you to decide.

You can top up your Yandex Money account by bank transfer (Internet banking), instantly through any payment terminal. This is perhaps the simplest, fastest and most accessible payment option for Russians who do not have a payment card in hand. The operator of the service is also the Yandex Money system.

This money transfer system, popular all over the world, does not need any special introduction, and with its help you can pay for any product that is sold on Aliexpress. Supported currency is US dollars. Funds are credited to the recipient in a matter of minutes.

After dispatch, the order status will change to “paid” within 7 days. The fee for sending an international bank transfer is paid by the sender of the payment.

If the buyer does not confirm receipt of the goods upon expiration of the protection period or does not open a dispute within 15 days after the expiration of the protection period, the order is closed and the paid money is transferred to the seller’s account.
- Order cancelled. If the seller has not sent the goods to the recipient within the limited order processing time or the buyer himself initiated the cancellation of the order and the seller agreed, the order is automatically closed and the paid money is returned to the account from which the buyer paid for the purchase.
- Controversy. In case of victory or loss in the dispute process, the order is also closed. In the first case, the buyer receives compensation or a full refund, and in the second, no money is returned.
- For security. Lately this reason has become very common. Orders are closed immediately after payment for purchases. Please note that the refund occurs automatically, but this procedure takes time. Repeatedly contacting the Aliexpress support service (instructions) for clarification about the reasons for the automatic closure of orders did not bring results. Presumably, orders are completed to protect the buyer from fraudulent actions by sellers.
According to the rules of the trading platform, if closing an order involves a partial or full refund, the procedure will take from 7 to 14 business days.
If during this period the money has not been credited to the account from which the payment was made, then you should contact AliExpress support and ask them to help resolve the problem.
