So, I present to you a new mod from Westmoond! (i.e. yourself). I will say that I really liked this mod. This is the only one of my mods
which I kept with me after creation. Perhaps, here is everything I need and I think for you too! Use it!

Description:
This mod adds a small orc fortress near Whiterun. The mod, as for me, is very beautiful and high quality. No bugs were noticed.
I checked for bugs together with Hit(ro)man (by the way, thank you for loving us: 3). The outside of the mod is beautifully decorated in autumn
style. There are autumn birches, Whiterun yellow grass. The entire territory of the fortress is fenced off from the whole world by a palisade with gates.
There is an observation tower next to the gate.
Behind it there is a gazebo with a table and benches. Near them there is a bathhouse: 3
A path leads from the gate and straight to the door of the estate. On the way to the door of the house, you will see a small bench under a tree.
Inside there are only three, but the most necessary for Dovahkiin, rooms:
Left wing - Bedroom
The middle wing is the kitchen and main room.
The right wing is a workshop (all items for crafting).

The “Dragonborn Castle” mod was created quite a long time ago, but has only reached publication now. The castle was created specifically for the hero who saved Skyrim from destruction, and looks elegant, as befits the Dragonborn. During the development of the mod, the author decided to make it the most massive and epic (for example, merchants sell rare items, there are a lot of them here).

Location: northwest of Solitude (near Crow's Hole)

Plugin updated: The author made a huge update, most of the work was done on the scenery (the castle and stables seemed empty). The problem is that the update is very large and it is impossible to talk about everything here. This mod was tested for 3 days, and all detected errors were analyzed and corrected. If you encounter any errors in the Dragonborn Castle mod, please let us know about it. We will try to find a solution. Also write your thoughts in the comments.

Updated: Added lock configuration interface. You can now customize the coats of arms hung throughout the castle. You can choose either the Imperial crests or Ulfric Stormcloak. To set them up, the player must complete the story quest to obtain the castle, and talk to the manager Avik. There are no restrictions on changing coats of arms. You can change them as many times as you like, at any time.

Information about the quest:

To start the quest to get the castle, you must complete the main story quest. After this, a courier will approach you and give you a personal notification to begin the task.
In the game settings, turn on “Dialogue Subtitles” to read what Stuart wants to tell you about.
You must complete this quest to unlock your bedroom on the second floor.
According to the plot, you can complete Stuart's task, or pay 1000 septims.
Stagestasks
1) The player must read the notice received from the courier;
2) The player needs to talk to Stuart in the castle;
3) The player must complete the task given by Stuart;
4) The player must pay Stuart 1000 septims, or complete the quest at stage 3;
5) Talk to Stuart to get the castle.
6) Done!

DOVAKIN'S CASTLE IN THE SKY

Whoever owns this castle owns Skyrim.
The castle is located on a rock hanging in the sky of Solitude. The castle is marked on
map and you can quickly move to it from the very beginning of the game. He
contains many rooms of different sizes. Among them is a bathhouse with thermal
springs, Heavenly Forge, zoo, treasury, kitchen, dining room
balcony, living quarters, Dovahkiin's chambers, library, Hall of Portals.
Many portals from the castle lead to all the Dovahkiin's houses and to many
other places in Skyrim. The castle rooms are connected by portal doors.
The castle is convenient to use as a base for companions. There are residential
rooms with everything you need and several beds. There is a bathhouse.
Placing companions in the bath allows you not to worry about their home clothes
and this will not cause any complaints against them :) As an example, I placed three
people who relax in the sauna most of the time, but eat in the morning
and in the evening, they sleep 8 hours every night, and go to their living rooms to eat and sleep.
You can take them as travel companions. Unfortunately, I don't have the physical ability
deal with buildings and companions and quests.

Those who cannot stand cheating should not use the treasury and, therefore,
anymore, they don’t go to the mezzanine there. Everything is determined by your will.

From the portal hall, 6 portals lead to 5 houses that Dovahkiin can buy
and to the College of Mages. They can only be used if you have a key,
which is obtained when buying a house. As a last resort, go to the mezzanine
in the treasury :). Response portal stones are usually located on
nightstands near beds.

Added a portal to the Thalmor embassy. But the key to the portal lies in
locked safe. But the key to the safe lies next to the counter portal stone
at the embassy itself. Thus, the first time you can get into
embassy only in accordance with standard quests. And then,
you can go there as if you were at home, in case you forgot something there. Moreover
companions will go with you, which was previously impossible. Portal Key
simultaneously approaches a pair of doors in the embassy. I hope I didn't violate
this is something in the line of quests. Check.

For those interested, there is a portal to the Wild Flask in Riften. The key is on the table
next to the portal, use without restrictions. I myself cannot appreciate
delights of this establishment, since I did not complete the quest line for the Guild
Thieves. I can't bring myself to steal or engage in racketeering even in
toy. Since this quest line is not available to me, I added a portal to
Zlatotsvet estate.

Another obstacle arose for me when completing Black's quests
Brotherhoods. Their leader Astrid captured me sleeping and tried to force me
to kill me. Dovahkiin kills, but for forcing him to do this,
death. That's why I couldn't leave Astrid alive (while dying she praised me)
and slaughtered the entire Dark Brotherhood. But then their Dawnstar Vault becomes
not available to me. That's why I made a portal there too. You will find the key to it in
first shelter, for which you will have to deal with its inhabitants first.

The third obstacle arose for me while completing the outcast quest in
Markarte. The corrupt guards there tried to capture me. But I
killed them all and did it quietly, without alarming the city. Then I cleaned up and
entrance to the prison. But I can’t get into it: (I made a portal there too, the key to

Added a portal to Sovngarde. But the key to it lies on the other side in the very
Hall of Fame in Sovngarde. The first time you have to go there normally
way, but then you can go there whenever you want and even with
satellites, which was previously impossible. Moreover, for reprisals against
Alduin can also attract a companion.

The portal to the dragon priest sanctuary is a portal not only to
space, but also in time. Previously, you could only get there by wearing
wooden mask. And now you can visit there quickly and with
satellites.

I like the Black Reach and I made a portal there too.

You can also be transported to the top of the Throat of the World, where I have equipped for you
observation deck. The satellite will also go there. Previously the summit was inaccessible
companions.

The Shadow Mine is a rich deposit of Ebonite.

INSTALLATION
Copy the files from the Data folder to the game Data folder.
The Meshes and Textures subfolders contain the faces of three characters living in
Castle. The archive turned out to be quite large precisely because of them.

UNINSTALLATION
Delete all plugin files from the game Data folder.

COMPATIBILITY
The castle is suspended in the air, which should prevent collisions with others
buildings that are usually located on the ground, but may conflict with
other aerial structures suspended in the same place.
I saw the “Coliseum” plugin, which is located in the same place, but on the ground. I bring
apologies to visitors to the Coliseum for the cluttered sky and, as
compensation, I suggest using the services of the restaurant and sauna in the Castle
:)
My previous plugin "Museum on the Table" is included in the "Sky Castle"
and now stands on the table in the hall of portals. It's not changed at all, but it's
another museum. It does not conflict with the first one and you can install
use them both, but things from the first museum themselves are not in the second
will move, since physically these are different museums. Highly recommend
mannequin fashion, which is included in the archives of the first museum.

PROBLEMS
If the creatures escape from the zoo, just finish them off like you do on
the vastness of Skyrim.

Construction permit:

First of all, Dovahkiin needs to visit Karl Zilla. His house is located a couple of hundred steps from Riverwood, on the steep bank of the river near the bridge. Talk to Karl to find out how he managed to build a house here - as the dialogue continues, purchasing land rights will become available.

In the future, it will be possible to purchase ready-made furniture from this character.

After reading, the received documents disappear, and Dovahkiin learns new spells. Now he can choose a place for his future home by casting the spell “Construction: begin.” Thus, with the help of the Skyrim house mod, a marker for the future mansion will appear on the map.

You should choose a flat surface, otherwise there may be problems with the installation of the building.

Features of the construction process:

1. Building any type of house costs money. A modest shack will cost less, an impressive stone mansion will cost more.

2. When installing a building on the surface, due to the characteristics of the landscape, the house may rise crookedly or even go underground. Be patient to achieve the desired result.

3. Each new construction requires a separate certificate. The start construction spell disappears after the first casting; in return, the player is given spells that allow him to continue construction.

4. It is better to load new spells in different hands, so the process will go faster.

5. Take advantage of the ability to move objects yourself to move them with your mouse.

6. If, when working with the Skyrim house building mod, you want to try setting it through dialogue, simply cast the “Move” spell again and select a different control method.

7. The “Place Door” spell should not be cast thoughtlessly: first make sure that the building is level and the walls are not warped.

8. After using this spell, using the two spells that appear, you can hang the door in a place that suits you. As with building, it's best to put spells in different hands.

Once the building is in place and the entrance is placed, construction can be completed. Spells that have become unnecessary will disappear, and a new spell will appear with which you can mark your cottage. In addition, the Skyrim house building mod will add another spell that allows you to quickly move to a new place of residence.

Furnishings of Dovahkiin's new house:

To craft furniture yourself, go to the nearest forge and make a carpenter's bench there. With its help you can design any piece of furniture for your new home. In addition, you can buy special scrolls from Karl Zilla - as a merchant he is available from 08:00-20:00.

You need to use scrolls near the place where you plan to install the furniture. Use the Move and Complete Setup spells to position your new cabinet or desk at the desired location. As with construction, you can control movement with the mouse or use fine-tuning mode.

Notes:

1. To make some furnishings, you will need to level up your blacksmithing skills. So, a carpentry machine requires skill level 60, and a tanning machine requires skill level 30.

2. You can secure the furniture in the chosen place so that it does not fall or move from the slightest push with the help of a special assistant to the decorator.

Basement:

All house models are equipped with spacious basements. The exception is the orc-style mansion, where the basement is located separately. In this room you can place furniture for storing weapons, armor and books - in a word, create an excellent storage for Dovahkiin’s trophies.

Farming activities

In addition to building a house, the Skyrim mod allows you to engage in farming. You can grow your own apple orchard, plant the usual potatoes, cabbage and carrots, and sow wheat.

If you plan to garden, choose an open area for construction: you won’t be able to plant anything among the rocks. To work in the garden or vegetable garden, Dovahkiin will need a regular shovel.

If you wish, you can surround your site with a fence.

Animal husbandry is also quite interesting: get your own cow or goat, place several laying hens in your yard. Not only will you be able to enjoy the rural atmosphere, but you will also receive milk, eggs and skins once a week. You can make cotton wool from goat hair - obviously, the creator of the modification does not know about the plant origin of this material.

Note:

It is impossible to create and move bookcases and weapon racks. Unfortunately, this possibility is not provided in the game mechanics.

Solutions for possible problems:

1. If you can’t ask Karl how to build a house in Scarima, a video with a detailed solution to the problem is attached below. The bug occurs due to the latest patch. It is enough to save in place and restart the game.

2. Some pieces of furniture are not affected by decoration (rearrangement) spells. The creator of the mod is working on this issue.

3. There are often bugs with onions, potatoes and cabbage - there is no solution yet.

Notes:

1. Before every change in the house, be it the construction process or rearranging furniture, you should save.

2. The final installation of the item after the corresponding spell occurs with a delay. During these few seconds, try not to move the mouse: if the object is placed incorrectly, it is not possible to straighten it.

3. The situation is completely different with the door: before saving, you need to check its functionality several times. If installed incorrectly, it will be difficult to leave the house through this door, although it can work for entry without problems.

4. Check the functionality of each new item that you can interact with: chairs, workbenches, cabinets. It often happens that it is impossible to get up from a new chair or bench without using TCL.

5. Stones needed for making furniture are discovered during ore mining. Most of them are in iron ore veins; also, do not deprive corundum and orichalcum deposits of attention.

Mod update:

Before installing the update, you should save in a clean slot and delete the old version. The archive contains the main mod (Data folder) and patches necessary to work together with Dawnguard and Hearthfire. The installation is standard: Place the data from the archive in the root of the game, confirm the merge.

Patches are installed in the same way. After activating the mod in the launcher, you can start the game, use the previously created clean save.
