Package Scheduler QoS(or QoS Packet Manager) silently reserves a certain portion of the Internet channel for operating system updates, sending statistics, email, etc., etc.
Sometimes this reservation reaches 10-20% of the channel’s capacity, which, you see, is not a little?! Therefore, it is logical that it needs to be disabled...
How to do it:
- go to the local group policy editor - to do this you need to click Win+R, enter into line "Open" gpedit.msc and press Enter;
- then go to the section: Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Network/QoS Packet Scheduler (or QoS Packet Manager);
